Blue Background with White Vertical Shifting bars AKAI pdp5073tmc (LG PDP50X3T01

Hi,

I have a AKAI PDP5073TMC 50inch plasma TV. When I turn the TV on all that I see is a blue background with big white vertical bars. I cannot change the input source or see the menu. This is all I see when the TV is on.

I opened the TV up and found that it is mainly made from LG parts. The display panel itself is a LG PDP50X3T012.

I spoke to some people and they suggested I replace the main board ( the board that has all the inputs on it) Part Number (E3761-058010-2) See the below picture.

So I got a new main board and the problem still persists. There was absolutely no change in the picture after replacing this board.


Since I already tried replacing the main board I am looking for suggestions on what other boards I should try replacing?

Their are only 5 other boards I can try? I don't want to have to replace all of them before figuring this out. The place I bought the first board from will let me return it for the board I need. I was thinking of returning the board I bought and getting the board circled below.

Please if any of you experts have any suggestions on how I can get this working again I would greatly appreciate it.

I am also willing to do any troubleshooting that you can guide me through also.
