Grundig GULENAR 32HDIP

Hi guys,this Grundig has beko panels-power Z1J194-08 and main pcb Z1J190R-8.Problem  is poor start,
top right comes on faint with thin vert lines,int bands of small horizontal lines,int dull split pic and sound comes and goes.
Power o/p volts-23v6,14v9 and 3v1.  Replaced C928,929,930 and 931. All 1000/10v and swollen.
Any ideas mates?

COULDN'T FIND A MAIN PCB,SO RETURNED TO CUST.,WHO IS NOW OFF TO COMPLAIN TO TESCO.
 HE DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND MUCH ANYWAY.
