DAEWOO DLT-37G1 FACTORY RESET

EARLYBIRD:
Hi.We have a DAEWOO DLT-37G1 with no freeview menu or freeview channels ,we suspect a factory reset could bring it back to life,anyone know how to reset.Thanks
