This set when switched on,relay clicks then standby flashes 12 times.Any help would be great.

got hold of some service info.12 flashes of standby light is PA board sos.PA board controls, DC-DC converter,speaker out,audio Amp,fan control. Good to hear but where do i go from there.

  The panasonic blinking guide is for a starting point only so it likely that the fault is going  to be on another pcb rather than the PA board (I been caught before like this!).It is worth checking perhaps the audio supply circuitry which orginates from th P board (power supply) & ends up on the H board.It is possible that the PS pcb is faulty but I would definetly check those supplies lines to the audio stages first    regards Mike
