bush tv loses picture

hello people i have a bush lcd37tv016hd television it had lines going across screen and then lost picture can anyone help

check cap's in power supply.

checked them i have power going i can see lights but picture will not come on

C112 and C113 (both 1000/10) can give similar problems - Chris.

we had it repaired b4 under warranty but i didnt see parts the guy said it was the wrong size of fuse or something
