chassis D-32IE11 problem on neovia NEO-3775ND (clone of grundig xentia37)

hi for all from France and compliments for this very good site .
 i have aan lcd tv set  : neovia neo-3775nd  with d-32ie11  chassis . the problem is :
** when i select source AV1 or AV2 (scart)  no picture ( black screen ,only the OSD, sound ok.
**when connecting my computer on PC IN : desktop ok
**when selecting whith the menu PIP (2 sources displayed simultaneously ) , the AV1 or AV2 is displayed in half of the screen, the other half is a fix snow picture with little coloured bars .
** OSD  is ok all the time.
  i hope someone can help me with some tips !

check the screen drive panel or the cable to  motherboard
,or the screen its self might be faulty

hi sparky and thank you for your answer.
 i don't think the problem comes from the screen because in the PC mode , the picture is perfect (100 percent of the screen ) , but in TV or scart mode , there  is no picture exept when i choose PIP (picture in picture) from menu. so i can see the two sources with 50 percent of the screen each .
 from a friend i have understood that an Ic  whith the reference : MST5151A is responsable of PIP in tv sets.  can the problem comes from that component?  or one of the chemical condenser - 9 in total, 100 uF  16V - wich are around ?  i will be happy to know some opinion !

hiya had a lcd with similar problem, it had a screen black in av mode setting in menu may be something to check
