HITACHI 42PD8700U scart problems

Hello.
Can somebody help?
Scart on my chitachi 42PD8700U is not working. When I conect a scart to the tv all I am getting is sound but no picture and no menu. If I disconect scart there is picture and I am uble to get in to TVs menu. This is happening on bouth scart slots ( scart 1 and 2 )
I am not sure what is gone. Is it the scart board? Or something else?
If you know PLEASE HELP.

have looked through manual  but couldnt see anything obvious, perhaps a factory reset
menu 4725 and search through for it

Thanks for reply. I found the factory reset. But didnt help.

I am looking to buy AV Board. Do you thing that it will help?
