Goodmans GTVL32W22HD red power light on, won't switch on.

Hi, have this set  and changed psu from fsp204-2f01 to fsp204-2f02. Set now only lights red on off light and stays on not blinkink,will not switch on. I have checked volts and pin 3 on cns2 originally cn3 12v side on psu has 1.35v (power on off signal) all other pins have their respective 24+ 12+ and grnd. Anyone have any ideas??

Have you checked D300 ( BYV10-40 will do) and IC306 (1v8 reg ) on main pcb?
Just found this note,but haven't had the fault myself.

Thanks for that pointer John. I will look in to that this weekend as i am away at the momment, but will post how i get on with this tv! I have inherited this repair from someone else that managed to blow the smps up so fitted another and now have this fault. Many thanks once again. Rob

Had a quick look at the weekend and found a cap on the inverter board gone, 24v input but no ref out.
Will post my findings when i get arround to it again  Rob
