HITACHI L32H01UA WONT TURN ON

Hi my hitachi lcd tv has had a new main board and a new psu board but still wont power up not even into standby ive been told is either lvds board or card reader board can anyone help as i dont want to replace both

are they the correct part numbers for tv
and are the panels new or second hand ?

Check main fuse

1.Make more testing do you have AC 220 go to your power board ?
2.If yes do you have 5v and 3.3v ?

yes all parts are the righe model number and new also im getting 220v to power supply and im getting 5v and 3.3v
