philips 23PF9945/12

ok guy's got this philips lcd tv model number 23PF9945/12   the problem . when it's been on for a while a line down the center of the screen appears flickers i've change couple of capacitors any idears or  info please thanks

There's a thought that with this set screen is the problem, the screen itself is liable to be faulty.

Have one meself, Philips now is less reliable than our Chinese brothers stuff- Chris

Not political, but Philips has been total crap since the 80's- well, just a thought.
