19" Umc lcd tv - no freeview ( model no : L19G07L01G-790 )

Got one of these 19" lcd/dvd combis in for repair
model no :  L19G07L01G-790

Everything seems ok , dvd / analogue , but when changing to the dvb , there is no freeview menu etc , so tuning etc is not possible.

were guessing that the eeprom is faulty or needs resetting

Does anyone know how we can access the service menu , or even a service manual would be handy  :biggrin2:

Have done some searching but found nothing :(
