Maxim 11-57 32" invertor

Hi all,

Nooooooooooo, it's gone again. I believe it to be the invertor this time.

Whilst watching the TV, all of a sudden the picture 'sort of' wiped diagonally across the screen leaving it totally blank. I have sound, channels.

Anyone here got a cheap second hand one????? Or can this board be repaired???

Thanks for the reply.

 As a pure novice, are we talking about the PSU or the invertor???? I'm quite a dab hand with a soldering iron and have a local major electronics shop nearby. So if you point me in the right direction I can replace the offend part/s

Checked the fuses and they are ok. I now know what you mean by the transformers but haven't the knowledge and the equipment :(
