LG M227WD-PZ seems dead - any ideas or anyone have the service manual?

hello again, we have found the 1.2v is down to ic1100 being sluggish, check for a high from 1c100, the most convenient place to check is r236, its a zero ohm, it is placed at the top of the board near ic301, if low all the time irrespective of switching on and off this 1.2 may have ripple on it
