Bush LCD32TV022HD no picture

Hello.
My friend have a Bush LCD32TV022HD. The sound is working OK but there is no picture. I am not sure if the vestel is faulty or if it is the LCD controller
If you know please help

is the back-lite on if not prob inverter

check small smd fuse on lcd conntroller board.
