tchwood twp 4210 no picture

Hi all  , i have a tchwood twp 4210 and one day i tried to turn it on, it shows a red light 1st(as normal) but when the green light on the TV it self shows, no picture comes up on the screen( i mean literally nothing)

 

Can any one help please, Thanks.
