hello everyone.
main power on no stby LED(USALLY LES IS BLUE).
found in p.s capi 15n/630v  i repleced new capi steel same problem .
stby5v is ok 3.3v stby is ok no other valltge 24v  12v  33 v 5v all missing.
any adia ? which pin is on/off any schematic diagram for17pw 15-9.

stby pin(6)  plag pl803 in p.s is always 1.7v no change by remot or butons.
when shorting this pin yo gnd(0)can get all voltags 24 12 5 3.3 33 but  steel no screen no stby led .
think main board is not working  maybe micro or memory any adia?.

try re-programing eeprom by this file .

For this time you can use programer as ponyprog.....etc
