Sony PCV-E11M error code ?

Hi Folks,

Bit of a long shot perhaps but it's an LCD telly (also an XP computer) On pressing Go, fans rotate, hard drive whirrs and sound goes peep peep peep - repeatedly - no backlight present.

Any thoughts  ? - Chris.

Not familiar with this model but with pc's lots of beeps on post normally means memory problems. Have you tried taking the memory out and reseating it? Is it possible to get a vga out to another monitor?
