PHILIPS 32PFL5522D no pic snd-ok

HI all in forum!!please help me i have lcd philips chasis lc7.2e la,symptom is tv starts blue lamp,but on screen only white,no osd,no audio.i changed ssb board but same fault,i have suspition on t-con board please help me!!!i checked psu unit voltage evrything is ok 24v,12v,5,2v,-12v,and i am confused on one voltage is2,9V MAYBE THIS VOLTAGE MUST BE 3,3V????THANKS

try checking the sm fuses  on t-con panel
also try a new lead

i chacked sm fuse but nothing,and mesured voltage 12v,any tips thanks a lot


UPDATE!!!THE FAULT IS IN SCREEN/MODEL SCREEN IS SHARP) thanks all for help on this best forum
