Thanks Mulja I do think it's the cable,have you any idea where I can get one from? Also is it a vestel chassis?I can't find any markings on it to indicate the chassis.Thanks again.

Hi i got the same tv here doing what your tv is doing but its like this from start up.But i think its not the same problem because it looks like someone as try to fix it before and i think a few of the capacitors are the wrong value does anyone have a service manual for this tv or a close up picture of the main board ? could anyone please let me konw.
