UMC -Q19LO1G NO DTV FACTORY RESET

Hello, we have a UMC 19" model q19l01g-788 lcd tv,The analogue tv is fine also scart i/p ok,but switch to dtv no menus or tuning no response from remote control in dtv mode.Any one know how to enter service mode or factory reset.Suspect faulty eeprom? Thanks

try holding vol-&prog - while plugging in power socket or may be alba derived type but dont know code for alba

Thought might be - who made it, as UMC isn't quite Vestel, Beko or even Profilo - (crossing oneself as any Dawkins follower might, with designs fashioned on the Med - guess it's all in that warm water that gave Legionaires so much bother with that WW2-Hill-of-Beans-Stuff) - Sniffing no modern water systems - Chris.
