check inverter, also connect your tv thro scart to another tv and
see the out come

hi have u cured this set if not update its software as original had backlight time responce error ie not long enough

What about 'Sparkys' thought of Scart out to another set, as might point to screen drive area ? - Chris

when pic goes off for second b4 pic goes  sometimes get negative pic on screen tried through av to another tv
but still no pic back light on sound ok          could this be tecon?

Seems a main board problem as backlight is OK and 'Scart out' shows fault - have no spares, yet.
