Toshiba 32AV554D stuck in standby

HI,

I have the above TV with constant red standby light on. I have 5V from the PSU and 3V coming from the main board which I think may be the power protect line. I don't have the correct schematic for the main board or supply so testing has been a bit limited. Anyone have any ideas?

Don't have it listed - what's the PS, and even a piccy - Chris.

The power supply is SRV 2169WW Mitsumi Elec.
