Bush LCD15TVxi no backlight

fix2003:
inverter fault no backlight trying to find data for device
marking
has international rectifiers logo
device marked  r313g

can anyone help with datasheet ?

has anyone fixed one of these ?

is it compined psu/inverter if so look near the connecters
to screen little blue ceramic caps 9pf 3kv wkd replace them should cure

tv has external 12v 5A psu
fault
getting back light for about 1 min then backlight shuts down picture can be viewed at an angle with light
sound ok
