I've got one of these with a blown IC part ref UB801 ,can anyone tell me the type of ic this is (it is very similar to a fsd200) any help appreciated .

Just realised it's plasma not LCD, but have no shematic with an UB801 listed. Guess it's an 8 pin S/by chip, but usual sites don't list it.

Try again in 'Plasma' as some quuq 'Plasma' folks can be 'sniffy' with LCD entries - All the best - Chris.
