this set just went into stby and then whent dead all together.the fault was c900 450v 22uf.need to fix it today.but ant got a 450v cap.so would it be ok to use a 400v 22uf.thanx lads.

Depends on the P/S - some like Profilo don't go much with greenness, others like Vestel and all those Chinese boards take it awful serious
 - possibly that thick'ish air, Turky and Eastwards

Thought is - is there a PFC before main chopper supplies - PFC usually = 450v caps but usually larger value  - Chris.
