LG 37LC 46 problems

 anybody somebody shall i spend my hard earned on a new psu board or should i try the main board mods first.

mate id be checking ebay for a psu first try the247enigma on ebay iv bought boards from him never had an issue .with my last lg i replaced the main board and the problem remained i changed the psu and the fault cleared good luck hope it works out.dave

happy new year all ,to update i bought a new psu board  and still no sound (oh bugger)so i read the article about the main board mods and got slightly confused. do i only do the mods that give the symptoms "no sound" or do i do them all,and when the text reads L1405 delete,R1475 0 ohm add or short. does this imply remove the ceratech from the board  then turn the board over and add a solder link to point R1475 to give a 0 ohm short. thanks ,mick.
