samsung le32s86bd soud fault

When switch on sound is on max you can turn down but a bar of black and white bars are left,
bars go after time but when switch off sound back to full vol done reset still same.
prob eprom but no circ for this one anyone got ic circ number + type thanks. Dave!!

changed main AV board bought from flat tv parts,  but would still like info on repairing board thanks.
