I had the same issue on an LE32B530P7WXXU and it was also the display panel, tried mainboard & PSU to no avail

Thanks for info post from quak where did you get lcd panel and cost please.

The TCon PCB I have is from this model and is marked V315B1-C01.

Tested and working.
