SAMSUNG Ps-42V6S LCD 3 hriozontal lines on screen..

I have a problem. On my LCD screen is 3 horizontal lines. What is problem? How I can fix it?
Model LCD is SAMSUNG PS-42V6S

Almost certainly a fault inside the panel that's not repairable.
