Polar Toneohm 700 manual

I am trying to find a manual for my Polar Toneohm. The manual came with schematics in and I have downloaded it before so I would have it when I needed it. I need it now as the thing needs adjusting but I cannot find it anywhere, I suppose I've been through 5 computers and twice that number of hard disks since I downloaded it.

Does anyone have it or a link to download it from.
