Sanyo lcd tv

Hi everyone, I have a Sanyo lcd tv with the vestel psu 17PW20, when the tv is awitched on, the screen comes on for few seconds and go off, can any one help

do you get sound,do backlittes come on,
if sound ok and no backlite suspect
