sony 46v4000 picture slow to refresh on left side, red smearing bottom left corn

screen starts up bluured(or sometimes not at all until several switch ons) then has the above prob. after 10 mins all is fine and runs flawlessly, any ideas guys-also bizzarely when the set is moved it sounds like the ccfl tubes are hitting together but no shadowing or dark bands on screen, strange
