jvc LT32DY8ZJ service mode

hi, does anyone know the service mode for jvc LT32DY8ZJ, main avi panel inside is vestel  17MB22-2, i have tried code 4725 by pressing menu then code but no joy,  is there another sequence to this or is code the wrong type, any help will be appreciated, cheers

Although it's a Vestel I'm fairly sure the JVC version is "info" and "mute" both together. Don't do a factory reset or you may end up with no digital operation.
