Removing Hot Melt Glue From Connectors
« on: February 01, 2011,03:31:42 »
Technical Tip.
Use surgical alcohol, as you get at local Pharmacy, just dab a little around glue and it will pull off immediately without damaging delicate conectors especially T-Con etc. I use a small serringe with the tip filed flat (to avoid poking myself) and inject alcohol between glue and connector, be carefull pulling glue away especially if it wraps around fine wires.

Hope this is usefull.
