Samsung 40R81BX Shuts down after 10-15 seconds

When did the first ever c811, c817, c812 changed

EEPROM device screen did not come after we have taken and the device shuts down and re-opened after 10-15 seconds

I would be happy if you help


and

Do you have this device and eprom file
