SAMSUNG PS-42E7HDXXEU PIC FAULT

Hi, the fault on this tv is a poor picture. The screen is covered with dots/spots giving the picture a grainy appearence.If the tv is run with no signal connected the display is patchy,some of it is dark,as it should be,but other areas are covered in spots.Two faulty electolytics where found on the ysus board but changing them has made no difference. Any help apprieciated.
