I've got this on my page top "You are not authorized to view Shouts" :dubbio: what does it mean, whats a Shout ¿:86:?

Shouts are usually areas where members on-line can chat.
Probably not been activated on the site.
 Could be useful  as you could get an instant answer

Thanks for updating me on shouts, it was puzzling me.
The home made SMD tool has come in really handy, glad you like the idea Chris. I went to buy a small solder station locally and was asked for 120€,  :s_laugh: where I am tools and spares are very expensive.
