Technika LCD19ID
« on: February 07, 2011,12:48:56 »
Hello
The problem with the TV was flashing standby. I was able to repair that. I put the TV for test. Analog channels are working perfectly. Digital channels are not there. When I push DTV KISS radio shows on the screen. I am not able to change channel and not able to tune. Customer lost remote for this TV.
Any idea?

What chasis does it have, I have a similar problem with a 19" Belson, no remote for it was working fine till the customer pressed the wrong button on the side, all analogue channels work and tune up but in DTV stuck in one channel, doesn't go into tuning mode looks like it's locked up.

Hi folks,

If this is the set with that dual shottky in the P/S that goes S/C and is a pig to change - seem to remember talk of Eeproms.

Tried to find back threads but couldn't - possibly different 'maker's label, but a piccy would likely help - Chris.

I just replaced switch on a Techsonic and it was stuck on STV but when I returned it and used customers remote, everything was fine. Mebbe your looking for a fault that isnt there..just try a remoteif you can find one.
