ok next question does anybody know the wattage of these resistors as the diagram gives the value but not the wattage

Hi D/J,

When you do a wattage calculation - it ain't so big.  It's really a case of reliablity so don't use any of those body/tip/dot resistors your dad got from Proops in the 50's - Chris.
