Philips 42pfl7662d/05 no sound or picture

Hi all have this tv with no sound or picture just the blue light which flickers if you press the controls. looked at it quickly and inverters have voltage to them,it looks to me as if  ssb board fault
? Anyone have any ideas or how much a new board will be.
