Acer V223W Power issue

I have an Acer v223W Monitor that the power inverter has gone out. I pulled the inverter out and found no blown Capacitors or burnt passive components. The board is an ILPI-075 for B223W REV. A 2008.07.08.
E59670   The back tag is : H  791411400610R  HE165ABK0R4Q  0846
Board ID: 491961400100R
This powers a video card: 490901300100R
Any help here on what could be the problem would be greatly appreciated.  :sign0085:
