how to enter service menu of lg tv

I wanted to know how to enter the service menu of LG tv . I tried pressing and holding ok on both TV and remote  but instead of entering the service menu the tv starts a demo of its features like sound and pictures settings. i want to reduce the size of the picture and it can only be done through service menui please help me i m new in this forum please i need guidance
