Samsung LE40R74BDX : Horizontal Thin Line across Picture.

Hi

I’ve picked up this LCD from a customer.
The fault it has is a pencil thin white horizontal line across the screen about 4ins from the top.
The line is always there with or without any input.
My thoughts are it could be T-Con or a screen prob.

Any thoughts?
