Philips 32PFL5403D int 6 flashes standby led

Hello
Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this problem Philips 32PFL5403D int 6 flashes standby led
sometimes when switching on from standby this set will shut down and the red led will keep flashing 6 times until reset at mains. Otherwise the picture is great
I have tested all the electrolytics in the power supply with a ESR meter and resoldered all the joints on the power board.
Has anyone had a problem the same 6 flashes

yes i did originally post about the power supply panel
I suppose the next thing is to monitor the power supply voltages
and get a manual
