SAMSUNG LE40R82BX

hi guys
  
 this one is driving me cracked
    samsung le 40r82bx with  p/s  bn44-00167a
  changed all caps in p/s also changed eeprom on ss
now  tv comes on perfect pic /sound    stays for 15 seconds   trips off  to standby   and starts again   this cycle continues  
Any help much appreciated :
