GOODMANS GTV42P4 KAPUT,DEED,NO WORKIN

HELLO EVERYONE.THIS TV IS MY 82yr.OLD MOTHERS.SHE SAID IT "BLEW UP" AND NOW DOES'NT WORK.
NO PICTURE,SOUND OR POWER.CHECKED PLUG FUSE.OK.BACK OFF CHECKED INTERNAL FUSES,ONE BLOWN ON
R84.194R-3 BOARD.REPLACED LIKE FOR LIKE RECONNECTED TO MAINS TURNED ON AND FUSE IMMEDIATELY BLEW.POWER AFF!! INSPECTING BOARD,NOTICED A FAILURE OF COMPONENT MARKED"E1100 V 502U27" CAN ANYONE TELL ME,1.HAS THIS CAUSED THE BREAK DOWN?2.WHAT IS THIS PART CALLED?3.WHERE CAN I GET ONE?4.IS IT PART THAT IS INCLUDED IN A REPAIR KIT?AND FINALLY,5.IS IT EXPENSIVE IF BOUGHT ON ITS OWN.I HAVE SEEN REPLACEMENT BOARDS FOR THIS BUT AT A PENSION BUSTING 70 ODD QUID+VAT+DELIVERY.I'M HOPING TO REPAIR IT MYSELF FOR AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE.REALLY SORRY FOR LONG POST AND ANY ANSWERS,TIPS,HELP AND ADVICE GREATLY APPRECIATED.MANY,MANY THANKS,IN ANTICIPATION,KINDEST REGARDS,ROY. :sign0144:

Hi Chris,firstly many thanks for taking the time too read/reply you have no idea how grateful I am that you have done this.I was going nuts trying too get info on this.Sadly the download is all rocket sience to me with its ysus and stuff.But thats not to deminish from my thankfullness.Your very kind offer of a spare board has really made my day/week/month/year!!How much do you want for it and to mail it?The board in front of me reads"BEKO ELECTRONIK R84.194R-3 & MODEL No.BEKO-PSU-01"Hope this helps,and once again,I'm obliged for your time and knowledge. :c017:

Hi Roy,
Know little about plasma - Set has two power supplies, the small one usually pops it's 5v standby chip hence that list of bits. It's useful as it is used in some LCD.
Power supply I have is the big one - probably works as the set was a screen smash. Think to attach a piccy as it seems different to yours. Postage pretty hefty at 2.6Kg unboxed
