Samsung LS19CFEKF/EN (933hd) blinking blue light / wont display

hi,try to solder a 1k resistor across the condenser connected to pin 1 of FAN7314-inverter controller-on the psu;sometimes it works.cheers

virtuous noticed after the tv has been on for a awile say aprox a day, thats rest by or actually employed if it does, then the dispirited phosphorescent goes off and the tv instrument not act to any target no gamy fatless gift rise sanction on.
