JVC 32DY8ZJ - No Picture Just backlight - Now wont save digital?

Hi All,
Got one of these in for repair.  It has a 17PW20 PSU and a 17MB22-2 mainboard.  No picture just backlight.  Backlight goes off and on when channel change.

Any ideas?
