NEOTV2177TX not start

     PCB (printed circuit board marks):
     MCU (CPU): ST92195C3B1/0E0
     EEPROM: 24WC08P
     VERTICAL: TDA8174A
     AUDIO: TDA7266L
     VIDEO: STV2246H
     SMPS (net): MC44608P + 8N60C
     FBT (HV transformer): DST2010-T44 (30017788)
     TUNER: Taem-G084D (PLL)
     FAILURE: will not start
     DESCRIPTION OF FAILURE: when I try to start TV LED lights green, but the TV does not work, SMPS is correct, the collector has BU808DF 111V and also to pin 1,2 and 7 of HV transformer, but the other pins of HV transformer has no voltage (0V ) I replaced the transformer and put the PF-0501-19238 (30017788) again there is no voltage on other pins (only at 1.2 and 7, 111Volti) whether the transformer is not compatible or something else is a defect
