Toshiba 15V330DB DEAD

On this TV is no picture and no sound front led is always off
I check PSU and found no faults.
Any ide?

Guess this is one that uses 17IPS01-2   Have some on the heap myself - All 17IPS-series power/inverters so far are true fun where a ready pound is not easily made - Chris.
